Happy 1st Birthday Canyon!

Well, Canyon is one!  He had a good birthday yesterday.  At 8:13 we sang happy birthday to him and he was so happy running around - such a great moment.  He is such a fun kid, we are so blessed to have him in our family.  I took him to his 1 year well check and he is 20 pounds 1 ounce (30%) and 29.5 inches (35%) and his head is still in the 99th %-ile.  So he is small and smart. :)  His weight dropped from the 50th to the 30th, probably because I am weaning him off mama's milk.  Today is his first day without nursing and so far so good.  He is actually doing wayyy better than I thought he would!!  Happy Birthday to our cute Canyon!!
