Well, we are in the last official week, I was really hoping I wouldn't make it this far because now it's crunch time to go into labor on my own. Since the c section is so close, I am trying my best to accept that it's a highly likely outcome. I'm ok with it, just really wanted the quicker recovery that comes with a normal delivery. Oh well, just so Canyon and I are safe right. I feel like I'm always getting ready just in case, making sure there is food in the house and making sure the house is clean, planning it all out in my head where the kids will go at different times and in different situations. But now I am sorta planning for that c section in my head. I really appreciate those who are so willing to help out with my kids.
Here is a sneak peek of the soon to be awesome firetruck for Jaxon's halloween costume...

See Kyla's painted cheek? She went to a birthday party Saturday from 3-6, which already seemed long to me. Well, when Jonas went to pick her up they hadn't even had cake or presents yet! He left here there again and went back around 6:45 and they were barely singing to her and still hadn't opened presents! He got her a piece of cake and took her home! Anyway, it was kinda crazy if you ask me, she had a blast tho, got to ride a pony and everything!
Maelie had another soccer game and they lost again! They are 1/2 way thru the season and her team has never won. Maelie is such an incredible person, I am so blessed to have her in my life. At the end of the game all the girls run thru the tunnel us parents and siblings make and a lot of the kids have grumpy faces because they lose all the time, but every single time Maelie has the hugest smile on her face. She is so happy and positive, it's awesome! Before fall break, I went to parents teacher conferences, both Maelie and Kyla are doing awesome in school! Maelie is above grade level in all subjects. I asked her teacher if she seemed a bit spacey at school ever because she can be that way (like her mom). Her teacher said, "it's funny you ask that because she is a little spacey, but it doesn't affect her work and actually that's one of the things I love about her. She doesn't let anything affect her, she is in her little bubble of peace where everything is right in the world." Awesome!
Yesterday we had ghost pancakes, so fun and yummy! It's amazing what 3 chocolate chips can do to a pancake. =)
I love this halloween time - it's so fun with kids!!!
