hanging in there!!! - my 100th post!

Just went to the dr and I am now at a 2 but everything else is the same! 1.5 weeks from D-day, he doesn't seem to think I'll make it to next week's visit - I surely hope he's right! I am pretty ready! And happy 100th post blog!!! =)

Oh, and I got checked this morning, I am dilated all the way to a stinkin' 1.5, 65 % effaced, and Jaxon's in -1 station, yippity skippity! Bring on the pain, I'm ready for some REAL progress here!!!

Life is good - eventho I'm impatient!

What an awesome weekend! Thursday was a great relaxing V-day. My wonderful mother came over at lunch time to be with the girls so Jonas and I could go to the Cheesecake Factory for lunch and it was such a nice lunch, very relaxing and yummy! Can I just say avacado egg rolls,


bang bang chicken and shrimp, and strawberry cheesecake?

And we took a long relaxing lunch instead of feeling rushed and just talked and I have the best husband EVER! I love him to pieces! And then Jonas had Friday and Monday off so we had a 4 day weekend and we didn't do anything too amazing but that is what made it SO great! We just spent time together as a family and got some last minute things for Jaxon. Speaking of Jaxon,


come out come out wherever you are!!! I am feeling incredibly ready now that he is considered full term! I am trying to stay distracted and not think of it too much but I feel so huge and am so ready to get my body back and to hold my sweet little baby! We're ready for you buddy, come on out and play!!!

K... so what now???

So, since our letter from Jonas' top pick at Penn State we have been making plans to move to Pennsylvania in August. Since we haven't heard from any other schools (it is still a little early) and since it is the only school that has a stricly acoustics program, we have thought, of course, definitely. Well, we just got an email from Georgia Tech where he would major in mechanical engineering and specialize in acoustics, and they have recruiting weekends for outstanding applicants where they pay for him to come out and see Georiga Tech, so I ask again, what now???

We had a fun little party for Kyla's bday on Saturday... she was really excited! All day she kept saying, "I wanna have a happy birthday party!" since the party wasn't until 3 pm, when all the fam arrived she wanted to open presents first! Thanks for all the awesome gifts, Kyla (and Maelie) love them!
