For dinner, we went to Chuck E. Cheese's. We went once in PA and Kyla wanted to go again so bad so we told her we could go for her next birthday and of course she didn't forget. All 3 of the kids were feeling sick last night with a cold. I tried to convince Kyla that we could go another day when she was feeling better but she wouldn't have it. So in all the pix the kids look a little out of it, but they did have fun! - The pic of Jaxon on the riding clock thing cracks me up!! And I love Jaxon's idea of playing skee ball!
I think she had a happy birthday depsite being sick. We love our 4 year old!
On a side note... Maelie has had a tummy ache for a couple months now and we have gone to drs trying to figure it out. I took her to an allergist on Monday and she tested positive for some foods, so we are trying to narrow it down and figure out if any of them are causing the tummy aches. For 2 weeks, she is going without wheat, eggs, chocolate, and peanuts. We have been doing it since Monday and so far she still has a tummy ache. I felt bad for her especially on Kyla's birthday when she couldn't have any pancakes at breakfast, but she was so happy that she could have strawberries with coolwhip! And then I fed her a hot dog (she doesn't like the bun anyway) before we went to Chuck E. Cheese's and had pizza since she can't have pizza. I have been amazed at how postive she has been. I send her a lunch full of meat, fruits, veggies, and cheese and a snack since she can't have crackers or cookies with the rest of her class. But she hasn't complained at all! She usually has a PBJ for lunch so I was worried but she has been so positive! Next week, we are all going on the diet, for dinner anyway... I hope we figure this out!
